Fastrac Café—Elbridge, New York

Our design team worked with Fastrac Markets to revitalize the main intersection in the Village of Elbridge. This project started out as an abandoned industrial building which was deteriorating and becoming an eye sore. Through Fastrac’s vision and Napierala Consulting’s design expertise, not only was a new modern convenience store developed, but also landscape improvements were done in the Village providing a much-needed service to the Community.

The permitting for this site included Zoning Board of Appeal area variances as well as a detailed site plan review process with the Village Planning Board. After the approvals were secured, the construction of the site was complete in 90 days to the delight of the Village.
